Glenn’s career spans banking, corporate finance, restructuring, and asset-based lending. He has owned and operated more than twenty-five companies across a range of industries and is known for creative restructuring and for making decisions at principal speed on complex files — the mandates other firms decline.
Vincent is an entrepreneur and builder working at the intersection of finance, compliance, and technology. He has founded and led ventures across insurance, regulatory compliance, and software, and advises MBG Finance on strategy, structuring, and the operating systems that turn complex mandates into execution.
Pamela is a growth strategist and research analyst with more than thirty years of experience across venture capital, startups, and enterprises. She pairs systems thinking with rigorous research, turning complex data into clear, actionable insight for marketing, sales, and business development.
Kiara is a marketing graduate from Concordia’s John Molson School of Business who is passionate about entrepreneurship, sustainability, and health & wellness. At MBG Finance she manages the firm’s back-office and marketing initiatives, keeping operations organized and the day-to-day running smoothly.
